Canney Communications President Crystal Canney has just wrapped up another susccessful campaign in Biddeford around the Biddeford Downs project. In November of 2010, voters overwhelming supported the project by a wide margin. In November of 2000, Canney was the communications director for one of the most successful campaigns against Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR) with the largest defeat of the referendum question in the country.
